1. Intellectual Property and Website Ownership

The Kiddosaurus Preschool name, trademarks, logos, business information and any content supplied by Kiddosaurus Preschool remain the property of Kiddosaurus Preschool or their respective copyright owners.

The website has been designed, developed and maintained by JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original website development work created by JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd, including but not limited to custom source code, website layouts, templates, design structures, graphical elements, functionality and other original development material, remains the intellectual property of JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd.

Any photographs, graphics, written material or other media created and owned by JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd also remain the intellectual property of JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd unless ownership has expressly been transferred in writing.

Kiddosaurus Preschool is granted permission to use JVR Hosting-owned material as part of the Kiddosaurus Preschool website. Such permission does not constitute the transfer or assignment of copyright or intellectual property ownership.

Appointment of another website developer, hosting provider or service provider does not transfer ownership of JVR Hosting's intellectual property to Kiddosaurus Preschool or to that third party.

No third party may copy, reproduce, extract, adapt, transfer, redistribute or reuse JVR Hosting-owned website source code, custom designs, layouts, graphics, photographs or other protected material for another website or platform without prior written permission from JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd.

Kiddosaurus Preschool remains entitled to appoint another service provider to create and operate a replacement website using material owned by Kiddosaurus Preschool. Any replacement website must, however, respect the intellectual property rights of JVR Hosting (Pty) Ltd and other third-party copyright owners.

The unauthorized downloading or sharing of images containing children is strictly prohibited.
